Cultural-Art Afam institute, “Afam Events”, a subsystem of “Afam Art Institution’s Holdings”, was established in 2012 by the efforts of a group of the Iranian professors and statesmen. With its slogan of “everyone has a right to choose”, the system founded a well-equipped secretariat for the entire scientific and business events and it has been able to assemble an effective, dynamic and successful secretariat with the inter-organizational and extra-organizational collaborations. Being experienced in shared holding of Afam Events in conjunction with private and state organizations, both inside and outside the country, during the recent years has made it clear that every professional work can result in a wonderful outcome based on association and ability assessment of the involved parties. The subsystems of Afam Events are comprised of four sections, namely conference, instructional workshop, exhibition and seminar each of which serve a specific goal.
Conference’s secretariat is a high-ranking institution supervising the entire conference members and it can exercise supervision and interference in all of the conference’s current affairs. Therefore, creation of practical and scientific solutions for these members and having a high-level and independent decision-making ability in every stage of the work can be an effective solution for the advancement and/or elimination of one or several stages of the conference.
